No - that is the point. Once you are set up, posts publish automatically on schedule. If you would prefer to review first, you can enable approval mode from your client portal and we will hold each post until you give the go-ahead.
During onboarding you tell us your brand style - formal and clinical, warm and friendly, or anything in between. If the first few posts are not quite right, just let us know and we will adjust. Most clients find we nail it within the first two posts.
We only write about treatments you offer. During onboarding you select your active treatments, and we write exclusively within that list. You can update it at any time from your portal.
We connect to your WordPress or Squarespace site during setup - it takes about two minutes. After that, posts are published automatically via the CMS API. No logins, no copy-pasting, nothing from your end.
